Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. Please make sure items are returned as new, complete, unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. We will not refund items which have been used, worn, damaged or are missing any original packaging, security tags, labels or protective coverings. Once you receive the returns label, simply attach it to your parcel and drop off at any Post Office. Once received, we will check the condition of the item(s) returned and we look to process a refund within 3 working days. The refund will be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase on Decathlon. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer when goods are supplied faulty, or not as described. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Decathlon, please contact us by getting in touch through Decathlon Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund or exchange if available, for all faulty items purchased from the Decathlon website.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday on the next working day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard delivery service and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our express delivery service. Bulky/oversized items will be sent by an alternative courier.
