Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery for regular priced items. Refund requests within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method. If the aforementioned timeframes have elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels still attached. Contact us at [email protected] and in your e-mail, please provide the following: - Order number - Product code, description and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return (shown on your packing slip). - Reason for return. Once your e-mail request is received, our team will send you a returns reference along with a returns label.
If your goodr sunglasses frame break, the lenses get scratched, or they become damaged in some other way within 1-year from your purchase date, you are eligible for a warranty replacement.
Fulfilment of your order is managed by Unicorn Inc Limited. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, with any orders received Saturday or Sunday processed the following week. To ensure safe arrival of your order, all of our shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Order before 2PM Monday to Friday to have your order despatched same day. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48® service for our standard service. We are not currently able to offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service. You can upgrade to Royal Mail's Tracked 24® service however this is not guaranteed next-day delivery.
