You can get a full refund when returning unwanted goods providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Please note we do not refund perishable goods such as food or drinks or shipping costs.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition. Safety equipment, inlcuding helmets, karabiners, harnesses, ect can be returned but will be subject to a full safety inspection before a return is issued. Exchanges We are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased from the Decathlon website. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Goods are provided under manufacture warranty and guaranteed against any defects in materials or manufacture.
