Returns are free.

You can get a full refund when returning unwanted goods providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Please note we do not refund perishable goods such as food or drinks or shipping costs.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Safety equipment, inlcuding helmets, karabiners, harnesses, ect can be returned but will be subject to a full safety inspection before a return is issued. Exchanges We are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased from the Decathlon website. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Goods are provided under manufacture warranty and guaranteed against any defects in materials or manufacture. Exclusions from the guarantee: • products subject to normal wear and tear • products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose or not properly maintained • oxidation • leaking batteries in headlamps • modifications or alterations • poor storage • poor maintenance • damage due to accident or negligence • damage due to use of product for which it is not designed
