We provide free returns (pre-paid) for the majority of our products in the event that an item is damaged or defective on arrival (excludes surfboards). For all other returns the cost will be incurred by you the customer.
An item can be refunded within our 30 days returns policy window after its safe return to Bob Gnarly Surf Shop. If an item is no longer needed, or did not match expectations it can be returned for a refund but must come with all original packaging, have no signs of use or wear (other than trying on, in the case of clothing), and be in a condition suitable for re-sale as brand new. If an item is damaged or defective on arrival please also make contact and we can help resolve with an exchange.

Orders are generally picked and packed ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days. On most occasions, this may be less. Items are sent via Evri courier and a tracking ID will be provided for you to follow progress of your order. Delivery via Evri courier by their standard service is 2-3 working days. Again, this is usually the former. If there is the potential for any delay with your order, we will make contact as soon as possible via email. Always look out for order updates in the inbox used at time of ordering.
