Information Accuracy We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer’s websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you’ve purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we’ll happily replace or refund the product. Prices All prices listed are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase unless your items are pre-order items in which case we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched. If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on ……….. is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received it will issue you with a full refund or exchange for a different product.

How to make a return Please contact us if you want to make a return and we will provide you with the details you require. Once we have received and processed your return we will send you an email to let you know. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and exchanges will be processed and posted to you. How to package returns Please use the original packaging to return your order. If the product is returned in its original packaging, including labels, we will be able to process your return much quicker. Condition of returns Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Alison’s Biciclette is entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Exchanges We are more than happy to offer an exchange wherever possible. However please note the following when requesting and exchange: If you opt for anexchange it doesn’t reserve stock. If you request an exchange and the product becomes out of stock while your item is on its way back to us we will process a refund back to your original payment method. If you require a replacement item in advance you’ll need to place a new order for the required item and opt for a refund when creating your return order. If a product is nearly out of stock and you want anexchange we would recommend placing a new order for the required item and opting for a refund as we cannot reserve stock. If you want to exchange a gift bought foryou we will need some proof of purchase from us. We can then offer a like-for-like exchange or a gift voucher refund. Faulty item returns If your item is faulty please do not dismantle or attempt a repair as this will invalidate any warranty and we will consider that you have accepted the goods as is. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed. Please note: Items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. To return a faulty item to us please contact us with details of the problem and we will do our best to resolve things quickly.
The limited warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable; namely, it applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase will therefore be required with any warranty claim and that claim is between the dealer from whom the product was purchased and the customer with whom they have a contract of sale. The customer must have purchased a genuine product of Oxford Products Ltd from an authorised reseller to receive full technical support. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc., unless otherwise stated. The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges. The warranty is void if the defect is caused by misuse; neglect and tampering or if the fitting/ use of the product is outside of the instruction/ guidelines provided by Oxford Products Ltd. It is invalidated if unauthorised persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs. The warranty will also be invalidated in the following cases: • A domestic product is used in a commercial environment • Repair required to any product where the serial number has been removed/ tampered with • Repair to any product, where reasonable wear-and-tear is expected • The product is counterfeit or has been used in conjunction with other counterfeit products • The product was purchased from an un-authorised reseller None of the above affects your statutory rights.
