Unless we have made the mistake with the order, you will need to return the goods to us at your own cost.

Once we have received the goods and they have been inspected we will process a refund to the original form of payment or send the requested exchange item.

We offer the opportunity to return our products if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items for refund or exchange. All items must be unworn and unwashed in saleable condition in original packaging with original tags in place. Once your return/exchange request is approved, please send back the merchandise in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please ensure all items are well packed and protected in transit. Whilst we try to keep the costs of our products low, we ask for you to pay for any deliveries or returns. Please email us at [email protected] to start the return process. Include the order number in your email for all refunds or exchanges and we will promptly send return instructions. All returns must be shipped within 1 week of approval. If the item you are returning to us is lost, we cannot offer a refund. You will need to work with the carrier to claim back the cost of your item(s)

We generally send Standard UK Delivery parcels on Royal Mail service, however on occasions may send with another courier service. For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we may send your order in more than one package. Our delivery aim for Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days, but please note that this is only an aim and is not an assured delivery by a certain date. We ensure your order is dispatched within a timeframe to meet Royal Mail delivery guidelines, and cannot take any responsibility for any delays that are outside of our control, e.g. courier delays, delays due to weather conditions. Please note that we cannot issue any refunds on parcels which have not arrived within the timeframe until Royal Mail have declared the parcel as lost.
