We have a stringent returns policy in place which states that returns will only be accepted if the bike is unused, in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. If this returns policy is passed then we would contact you and then request the customers send their bike back to our warehouse and when received and checked, we will arrange the refund. If the return is requested due to a customer change of mind, then they are expected to pay the return delivery charge and restocking free. If the return is requested due to a faulty product / damaged on delivery, then we would not expect the customer to pay for the return. Our refunds & returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery of your item. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
