Once we have received the returned product or part in good condition, we will issue a full refund. You will receive the amount to be refunded after 10 working days maximum on the bank account number of your choice.

Delivery takes place within 1 to 3 days. You will be called by the driver about half an hour in advance on the day of delivery with the exact time of delivery. Delivery takes place on a pallet. Delivery will therefore take place at a spot accessible to the driver with the pallet truck.
