If we request recorded delivery then we will pay for the cost of the postage on provision of the postage receipt. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on [email protected]. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to 15 Goulton Road, Hackney, London E5 8HA and we will inspect the product.

We offer a returns policy if there is a fault with the product and you are not 100% satisfied.

We aim to deliver our products within 5 days of order confirmation and this will be delivered by one of our nominated couriers. We ensure your product is dispatched within the timeframe of the courier and we cannot take responsibility for any delays that are outside our control. Please note we cannot issue refunds on any parcels that have not arrived until the courier has declared the parcel lost.
