We offer a returns policy if there is a fault with the product and you are not 100% satisfied.
We aim to deliver our products within 5 days of order confirmation and this will be delivered by one of our nominated couriers. We ensure your product is dispatched within the timeframe of the courier and we cannot take responsibility for any delays that are outside our control. Please note we cannot issue refunds on any parcels that have not arrived until the courier has declared the parcel lost.
