Cancellations / Returns will only be accepted if received within 30 days of the customer receiving the goods. For hygiene reasons the cellophane will still need to be on the racket handle with no sign of usage on the racket. Additionally none of the brands give any warranty on string breakage as this is an unquantifiable problem. On receipt of the returned item and its satisfactory inspection, refunds will be issued usually within 3 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding your postage charge should the item be returned due to the fact it is not to your personal liking upon arrival with you,in this situation the return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility. Where an item has been returned and is clearly faulty we will of course refund postage charges in full.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Please note due to the nature of the sport many rackets are covered by a 2 month warranty.
