Temperature rating:

We display the "comfort temperatures" on all our sleeping bags, tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in compliance with European standard EN 13537 of 11/04/2002. The comfort temperature rating is the lower limit at which the user is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot in a relaxed pose (determined for a standard woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag accordingly.

What you need to know about temperatures:

A sleeping bag does not generate warmth but retains the heat produced by the body. If you feel tired and cold and slip into a cold, damp sleeping bag, you are likely to feel cold, however good it is! These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to the cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress that insulates from the ground, etc.), their clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and the weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).

Specifics for children:

The greater the volume of air there is to heat up, the more energy the body will use and the more risk there is it will get cold during the night. Choose a sleeping bag that is ADAPTED TO TOUR CHILD'S SIZE.
Similarly, your child will lose most heat through their head. In cold weather, you can put a hat on them.

Stock advice Store it away easily by stuffing it loosely in its bag. To maintain its fill power, which is what provides its thermal insulation, remove it from its bag and store it flat in a dry place.
