So you no longer need to wonder which goggles to choose based on the weather, our engineers provide you with a simple interchangeable lens solution. To change the lens according to the weather, just pull on the lens. Good weather or bad weather lens, you choose! Goggles compatible with prescription glasses.

Technical Information

Sun protection

Because UV rays are harmful to eyes, all our goggles are certified 100% ANTI UV by the EN 174 standard. Goggles are the best protection solution as they perfectly enclose the eyes preventing any direct or reflected UV light from entering

S1 and S3 lens - Interchangeable lens function

Ski goggles with interchangeable lens for all-weather use.
S1 means a light lens that enables you to see better in bad weather by increasing visibility of relief.
S3 means a dark lens that protects you from the intense light of the sun.

Anti-fogging performance

The "PERFORMANCE" anti-fogging system is a double lens with a treatment on the inside combined with a ventilation system on the frame that enables air to circulate inside the ski goggles.
For good ventilation inside your goggles, do not obstruct these air vents (with a neck warmer for example.
Do not rub inner surface of lens but dab it carefully in order to preserve the anti-fogging treatment for as long as possible.

Dual screen

Goggles with double lens to reduce fogging. Indeed, the air that is trapped between the two lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. Thanks to this, the thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the goggles is lower and it thus slows down the vapor formation inside the screen of the goggles. In addition, the inside lens also receives an anti-fog treatment.

Cylindrical lens

Triple cylindrical screen. The central lens is made from photochromatic polycarbonate, very resistant to impact whilst the inner lens is made from Acetate and the interchangeable lens is in flexible polycarbonate..

Ski helmet compatibility

All Wedze ski goggles are designed to fit perfectly with Wedze ski helmets.

Compatibility with prescription glasses

The G 500 I ski goggles, in size L, allow the use of max. 145 mm wide corrective glasses. The foam on the sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leaves a passage for each temple.

40 mm-wide Polyamide, Polyester and rubber elastic, non-slip silicone strap

Microfibre thermo-compressed case

Remember to protect the goggles – the lens in particular – from scratches before and after use by using the Wed'ze microfibre case. This case also cleans lenses and the material is perfect for looking after them without causing scratches.
The thermo-compressed case is ideal for storing your goggles and protecting them from crushing in your backpack while skiing.

Flash coloured lens

A coloured coating on the outer face of the screen of the ski goggle (called coloured Flash) reduces the % of the light transmission arriving to the eye, which means less glare and a greater visual clarity in light conditions

EN 174 Standard

The EN 174 standard is a European standard applicable to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or similar activities such as snowboarding.

To avoid fogging

Moisture causes fogging. You must therefore make sure that the foam does not get damp, e.g. by placing the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. This is therefore why you must correctly dry your ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use perfectly dry goggles the following day.
