End Zone 300 Kids Snowboard

Designed for beginner or experienced kids (120cm for 1.30m to 1.45m in height or 135cm for 1.45 m to 1.60m) seeking an easy-going snowboard. A real junior snowboard with rocker camber/flat/rocker, which is more forgiving of edge mistakes, and a small sidecut radius for more easily completing turns while providing grip on all types of snow.

A word from the product manager

During snowboarding lessons, instructors immediately (even as early as the end of the first week of lessons) teach the children to snowboard backwards, so that they are comfortable moving in both directions.

Based on this observation, we have designed this board with Twin Tip shape (symmetrical at the front and back).
These boards are also the most versatile, as they are equally as good on the slopes and off-piste.

Programme / Terrain

Ideal for beginners and those learning.

The End Zone 300 youth has a Rocker/Flat/Rocker camber, hence
_ flat at the centre for maximum stability for children_ and it is raised equally at both front and back, to minimise edging faults across a flat area, the descent in a ski lift, ...

As the child's level rises, the small turn radius provides good gripping on all types of snow.

The board grows with your child:

Children grown, on average, 6 cm per year.
Ideally, the snowboard should be used for at least 2 years and then handed down to younger siblings.

We have placed 2 x 6 inserts for the snowboard screw bindings, hence there are 2 possible positions for each binding.

Screwing the bindings:
For year 1, in the 4 inserts closer to the centre of the board.
For year 2, in the 4 inserts further away from the centre of the board.

What size should my End Zone 300 Youth be?

Given that children grow up, do not hesitate to choose a slightly bigger board for the first year, although there should not be less than 10cm between the board size and the height of your child as this can compromise the learning process.

120cm snowboard => for children between 1.30m and 1.45 in height
135cm snowboard => for children between 1.45m and 1.60 in height

TWIN TIP Snowboard

A TWIN TIP shaped snowboard = the front and back board sidecuts are completely symmetrical, providing symmetry and perfect centring, board features allowing you to snowboard both ways in the same way.
The Twin Tip shape also provides total balance during spins (on the ground, in the air).

The Setback is when the board's compression points with the snow are not symmetrical in relation to the centre of the board, but set back towards the rear.
The bindings are also set back towards the rear by the same distance.
0 mm => with no setback, these Twin Tip boards are completely centred for riding forward or switch, offering good balance during spins (in the air or on the groomed slopes).

Care instructions: For good glide performance, wax your board regularly; every two or three trips is ideal. At the end of the season, leave a coat of unscraped wax to protect the base when not in use. This also nourishes the board throughout the summer as the wax penetrates deeper into the polyethylene structure. Do not shake off snow by banging your board tip or tail on the ground as this can damage its structure.
Stock advice Wipe the edges at the end of the day so they don't rust.Waxing is required on a regular basis, ideally every 5 outings. Keep away from sunlight when storing during the summer.
