If you’re asking yourself what is going with your personal data after a purchase, then let’s make it clear: your personal data are retained three years maximum following your last interaction with Decathlon. It gives you the possibility, among others, to easily return a product if you change your mind or if you bought the wrong size! (according to our return policy). Can I see or modify my data?

Good to know: you can access and rectify at any time your personal details and preferences. How? It’s easy, you just have to log in to your account at www.decathlon.co.uk.
To have access and ask to rectify or erase your personal data, you just have to send an email to this address: PersonalData@decathlon.co.uk. Under certain conditions, you can also ask to transfer your personal data to another organisation than Decathlon. Lastly, if you are not satisfied with our process despite our best efforts on the protection of your data, you can, of course, raise a claim to the ICO.
