Until further notice we can only offer home delivery options for small items below 20kg. This restriction is applied at checkout. We are working hard on putting the full service back up.

Click and collect
All you need to do is make an online order, then select your preferred location. No hassle, no fuss.

If you cannot make it to the store on the proposed pick up date, don't worry - you have 7 days to collect your order.

Collect at ASDA
We've partnered with ASDA to provide additional, next day pick-up points for your orders too.

There are just two requirements if you choose this delivery option:

• Your order must be 25kg or less
• Delivery cost will be £2.49
  

• Your estimated delivery date is indicated on your basket page. This date depends on the delivery method you choose and where the products are stocked. Most of our products are stocked in the UK but some are stocked in our European warehouses. If you choose one or more of these products in your order then your delivery date will be up to 5 days longer.
• Bank holidays and weekends will increase your delivery time but this will already be reflected in your estimated delivery date.
• Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order on your carrier's website.

If you choose standard Click & Collect free of charge, your order will be available within 7 days in your selected store.

Click and collect 1 hour
If you choose Click & Collect 1 hour for a charge of £1.99, your order will be available the day within 1 hour* in your selected store.* Subject to availability.

Collect your parcel from over 600 Asda locations using our CLICK & COLLECT with ASDA service. With late openings, safe parking and simple tracking CLICK & COLLECT with ASDA service makes it convenient to pick up your parcel from your local ASDA store

How to make use of click and collect

3. Select your nearest ASDA store
4. Proceed to the secure payment page and purchase
5. Collect it from your requested store
6. Collect using your QR code, parcel number or order number

• You will receive a confirmation email once your product arrives in ASDA store you selected. Please wait until you receive this before visiting stores.
• You have 10 days to collect your order
• Please bring your confirmation message and photo proof of ID
• Please note there is a size limit on this delivery option, so if you cannot see CLICK & COLLECT with ASDA, your order is too big for this option
