1. The marketplace sales campaign (Campaign) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, in the period from [5th March - 10th March 2025] (“Period”).

2. Purchases made outside of this period may not be eligible for the discounted prices.

3. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase products during the Campaign Period.

4. Discounts of up to 50% are applicable on selected items only. The selected discount on each product is marked and made available and sold to you by marketplace partners of Decathlon UK (subject to the availability of the stock of such selective items) when you make a purchase on Decathlon UK's website or mobile application during the Period.

5. The discount applied is inapplicable for any products made available and sold to you by any sellers other than on the Decathlon UK Marketplace

6. Under no circumstances shall Decathlon UK or the partner guarantee the availability of the stock of items to which the discount is applicable.

7. The marketplace products' terms of sale are subject to the partner’s terms, available on the seller information and delivery options of the product site and on the seller's terms and conditions page.

8. The decision of the Decathlon UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

10. In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of Decathlon.co.uk and its associated features:
* Website Terms of Supply which govern the purchase of any Products offered on this Website;
* Membership General Information which governs your use of your Decathlon account;
* Privacy Policy which governs the use of your personal information submitted to Decathlon UK; and
* Cookies Policy which governs the use of cookies on www.decathlon.co.uk.

11. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on Decathlon.co.uk.
