1. Organiser

• This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU.
• The event and Promotion are happening at Surrey Quays, Wandsworth, High Street Kensington and Belfast stores.

• The Promotion will run from the 5th - 20th April 2025 (the “Period“)

• Gifts: 8901326 blue socks for size 35/38 X 25pc, size 39/42 X 35 pc, and 8810439 black socks for size 43/46 X 40 pc.
• The colour of the gift will be predetermined and cannot be selected by the recipient.
• You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
• Gifts are limited to a quota on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
• Gifts are unchangeable, non-transferable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Availability is limited to one gift per person.
• The promotion prizes do not include costs associated with them, such as travel or other expenses, which are not specifically included in the prizes.

• Decathlon accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Decathlon for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
• Decathlon shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

• Decathlon UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of the Decathlon UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by changing them on www.decathlon.co.uk.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes related to the Challenge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of Decathlon UK's mobile application and its associated features:

1. The Terms of Use govern your use of Decathlon UK's mobile application and your Decathlon account;
2. The Terms of Supply govern the Purchase on Decathlon UK's mobile application; and
3. The Privacy Policy governs the use of your personal information submitted to Decathlon UK.
