1. Organiser
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU.
The event and Promotion are happening at Wandsworth and Leeds Decathlon UK stores.

2. Promotion Participation
The Promotion will run from the 3rd of May to the 11th of May 2025 (the “Period“).
Customers who present the promotional email received on 3rd May at the tills are eligible for a 10% discount when they purchase £50 or more in store.
The discount cannot be exchanged for any cash.
This offer is valid exclusively at the selected Decathlon UK stores. (Wandsworth and Leeds).
This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
The promotion can only be redeemed in-store during the Period of the promotion.
When a product or the full purchase price is returned or refunded, the refund would be for the reduced price, not the full item price. So the 10% would be deducted proportionally.

3. Liability & Disclaimers

Decathlon accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Decathlon for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Decathlon shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

4. Modifications & Termination
Decathlon UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
The decision of Decathlon UK is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
You shall not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by changing them on www.decathlon.co.uk.

5. Governing Law & Compliance
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes related to the Challenge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of Decathlon UK's mobile application and its associated features:
The Terms of Use govern your use of Decathlon UK's mobile application and your Decathlon account;
The Terms of Supply govern the Purchase on Decathlon UK's mobile application; and
The Privacy Policy governs the use of your personal information submitted to Decathlon UK.
