Cyber Monday Free Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, on the 2nd December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

2. During the Promotion Period, you will be exempt from standard home delivery fees (“Free Delivery”) for purchases made on www.decathlon.co.uk or Decathlon Shopping App orders on any products made available and sold to you by Decathlon UK (“Products”).

3. Free Delivery is available to any products that are made available and sold on www.decathlon.co.uk by Decathlon UK.

4. Other sellers than Decathlon UK (also known as the marketplace) may not qualify for free delivery. 

5. The marketplace sellers that do not apply the free delivery campaign to their products can be found In Annex 1.

6. Free Delivery is applicable to Products delivered to the mainland UK, exclusive of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isle of Man.

7. The decision of the Decathlon UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

8. In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of www.decathlon.co.uk and its associated features:
(a) The Terms of Use, which govern your use of www.decathlon.co.uk;
(b) The Terms of Supply, which govern the purchase of any products made available and sold on www.decathlon.co.uk; and
(c) The Privacy Policy, which governs the use of your personal data submitted to or via www.decathlon.co.uk.

9. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on www.decathlon.co.uk. These terms and conditions were last updated on 27th November 2024.
