Double membership points on selected tents

1. This campaign is organized by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, in the period from July 29th, 2024 to August 4th, 2024 (“Period”).

2. Only general members of Decathlon UK are eligible to participate in this campaign (business members excepted). Non-members may participate in this campaign with their membership account after fully completing the membership registration before making a purchase.

3. Members will earn double membership points on the purchase of selected tents available on our website during the promotional period. 

4. Only selected tents sold directly by Decathlon UK and listed on our website are eligible for this promotion. Tents sold by third-party sellers on the marketplace (www.decathlon.co.uk) are not eligible for double points. The list of eligible tents will be indicated on the product pages and promotional materials.

5. Double membership points will be awarded for each eligible tent purchased during the promotion period. The standard points allocation is 10  points per pound spent; during the promotion, members will earn, in total, 20 points per pound spent on eligible tents.

6. If you return the only product of the Purchase (in the event of one product of the Purchase) or all products of the Purchase (in the event of more than one product of the Purchase) or request a full refund of the Purchase, the Points will be deducted from your membership points balance. Where your remaining balance is insufficient, the balance will be updated to a negative figure.

7. Under no circumstances shall Decathlon UK guarantee the availability of the stock of the Products to which Free Delivery is applicable.

8. The decision of the Decathlon UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

9. In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of www.decathlon.co.uk and its associated features:

• The Terms of Use, which govern your use of www.decathlon.co.uk;
• The Terms of Supply, which govern the purchase of any products made available and sold on www.decathlon.co.uk; and
• The Privacy Policy, which governs the use of your personal data submitted to or via www.decathlon.co.uk.
