General Winter Sales Terms and Conditions (50% Discount)

1. This winter sales campaign (Campaign) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, in the period from 23 December 2024 and 2 February 2025 (“Period”).

2. Purchases made outside of this Period may not be eligible for the discounted prices.

3. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase products during the Campaign Period.

4. Discounts of up to 50% are applicable on selected items only. The selected discount on each product is marked and made available and sold to you by Decathlon UK (subject to the availability of the stock of such selective items) when you make a purchase on Decathlon UK's website or mobile application during the Period.

Additional Conditions for Mobile App Users (Extra 10% Discount)

5. This campaign is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU, in the period from 23rd December 2024 to 2nd February 2025 (“Period”).

6. Only general members of Decathlon UK are eligible to participate in this campaign (business members excepted).

7. You can download the Decathlon mobile application (“Mobile App”)  HERE.

8. During the Period, Eligible Members will benefit from a 10% discount on the selected* items on the Mobile App via your Account for such selective items made available and sold to you by Decathlon UK (subject to the availability of the stock of such selective items).

10. To get the 10% discount you shall enter the promotion code, namely, SALES10, on Decathlon UK’s Mobile App before making the purchase. Each purchase may include more than one (1) product.

11. The 10% discount is applicable more than once per customer for one purchase transaction during the Period.

12. The offer is valid for the first 100,000 members using the promo code.

13. The discount can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

General Provisions

14. The discounts applied are inapplicable for any products made available and sold to you by any sellers other than Decathlon UK (also known as the marketplace).

15. Under no circumstances shall Decathlon UK guarantee the availability of the stock of items to which the discount is applicable.

16. The decision of the Decathlon UK is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

18. In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of Decathlon.co.uk and its associated features:

18.1. Website Terms of Supply which govern the purchase of any Products offered on this Website;

18.2. Membership General Information which governs your use of your Decathlon account;

18.3. Privacy Policy which governs the use of your personal information submitted to Decathlon UK; and

18.4. Cookies Policy which governs the use of cookies on www.decathlon.co.uk.

19. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on Decathlon.co.uk.
