1. Organiser
This Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU.
The Prize Draw will start at 00:01 am on Monday, 02 June 2025 and end at 11:59 pm on Sunday, 15 June 2025.
2 Promotion Participation
To enter, a participant must scan the QR code available at Decathlon’s UK communications, i.e. app, website, store communications… or access it through their member’s profile, where it will be available in the reward catalogue. Unlocking the specific promo reward will save your details and enter you into the Prize Draw.
There will be one entry per person per Prize Draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. However, entrants must have internet access and a valid Decathlon UK customer membership account.
3. Prize Draw & Redemption
Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on or before Friday, 20 June 2025.
The winner will receive one Instant Camping Tent 2 Seconds for two people – Limited Edition (Wood), subject to stock availability. Product reference: 8937741(“Prize”).
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the Prize Draw closing. The winner will be required to provide confirmation of their name, telephone number, and delivery address for the purposes of fulfilment and for publishing or making available information that indicates a valid award took place.
If the winner does not respond to Decathlon UK within 7 days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited, and Decathlon UK shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their Prize or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
The Prize shall be delivered within 30 days from the date Decathlon UK receives the winner’s response and delivery details. Decathlon UK accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
The Decathlon UK must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The surname and county of the winners will be provided one month after the closing date on receipt of a request accompanied by a stamped, addressed envelope sent to Decathlon UK’s address. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Decathlon UK at https://www.decathlon.co.uk/help/app/contact-us within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of this promotion. In such circumstances, Decathlon UK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed for the purposes of Prize Draw administration, including contacting winning entrants, prize allocation and winner announcement. Any responses to the Prize Draw will be used by Decathlon UK to help it understand customer preferences, improve products and services, and support business insights. 4. Liability & Disclaimers
Decathlon UK bears no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason beyond Decathlon UK's reasonable control.
The Prize includes no additional costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the description, for example, travel or other related expenses.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (unless otherwise directed by Decathlon UK).
Decathlon UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Decathlon UK further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Decathlon UK for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Decathlon UK reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Decathlon UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, with anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
5. Modifications & Termination
Decathlon UK’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Decathlon UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
Decathlon UK shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

6. Governing Law & Compliance
The Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
