1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. This promotion will start at 00:00 on 5 December 2024 and end at 23:59 on 15 December 2024.

3. How to enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. You must have a Decathlon membership account to enter the prize draw. Your entry must be submitted via the form prescribed by the Promoter. Each individual can only submit one entry for the prize draw.

4. The entry must include your first name, surname, telephone number, and email address.

5. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw.

6. A Winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on 19 December 2024.

7. Five (5) Decathlon gift vouchers, each worth £100, are the prizes of the prize draw. A total of five (5) winners will receive one (1) gift voucher each.

8. The Promoter bears no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason or other reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

9. The prizes include no costs associated with the prizes and not specifically included in the prizes, for example, travel or other expenses.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes (unless otherwise directed by the Promoter).

11. The winner of each prize will be selected at random. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner will be notified by telephone or email provided in prescribed form referred to in Condition 3 within 7 days of the prize draw closing. Your name, telephone number, and email address are required for the purpose of contacting the winners, delivering the prizes, and publishing or making available information confirming the validity of the awards.

13. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days with an acknowledgment receipt email of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner (“Substituted Winner”). If the Substituted Winner does not respond to the notification of their win within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select a Substituted Winner.

14. The gift vouchers as the prizes shall be added to each winner’s Decathlon membership account by no more than 2 days from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the winner’s response to the Promoter’s notification of the win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost in your emails or due to your failure to unlock the gift voucher.

15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The surname and the last 3 digits of the telephone number of a winner will be provided a month after the closing date on receipt of a request accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope sent to the Promoter’s address. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also the above Condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.

17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of The Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

21. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

22. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
