Buyback boost Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Decathlon UK Limited (“Decathlon UK”), Company Number 03140144, whose registered office is situated at Head Office, 9 Maritime Street, London, England, SE16 7FU.

2. Promotion Overview

This promotion is valid from 24th May 2025 to 1st June 2025 (the "Promotional Period") exclusively in-store during these dates only.
The Buyback process during this event follows the standard procedure with an added 20% value increase applied in-store. Please review the terms and conditions below:

1. Item Submission: Customers must complete the Buyback form on our website to initiate the process. Upon submission, an initial evaluation will be generated based on the item’s condition and market value.
2. In-Store Verification & Revaluation: Customers must bring their item to a participating Decathlon store for verification. The in-store team will assess the item to confirm its condition, ensure it is safe for resale, and determine the final value.
3. 20% Value Increase: A 20% bonus will be applied to the final in-store valuation during the event period. This increase is valid only for items verified and accepted in-store.
4. Gift Card Payment: Once the final valuation is confirmed, the agreed amount, including the 20% increase, will be credited to the customer’s Decathlon membership account in the form of a gift card. The payment process remains the same as usual.

• The offer is open to Decathlon UK Members only (“Member/s”).
• To participate, customers must be registered as Decathlon Members before making a purchase.

• The customer will receive 20% more value for their product over this period.  EG If the valuation in-store is given at £100  then the customer will receive £120.
• All value increases are provided on Decathlon Gift cards. We do not offer cash payments for our Buyback repurchases.

• The value is only added when the item is sold back to Decathlon UK in-store.

• The gift card is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and valid for 2 years. The gift card can only be used within Decathlon stores or online.

• Decathlon UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

• The final valuation is determined in-store and may differ from the initial online estimate.
• Decathlon reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet safety or resale criteria.
• By participating in this Promotion, Members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• The Privacy Policy governs the use of your personal information submitted to Decathlon UK.
• The promotion is subject to UK consumer law and does not affect statutory rights.
