A Service Plan is a cost saving plan that you can buy for your bike. It includes a range of benefits to ensure that your bike stays in full working order, is reliable to use and lasts a long time. Buying a plan is not only good for your bike, but it is significantly cheaper than paying for maintenance on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
Yes! Service Plans can be bought for any bike. The bike must be in good, serviceable condition
to qualify for a plan - which means you may need a chargeable service or repair before you can buy a service plan.
You can visit any of our UK Decathlon Stores who will be happy to assist you in buying a service plan. Please remember to bring your bike with you when buying a plan, so our in-store team can assess the bike and ensure that it qualifies.
There are 4 plans available, each plan is based on the value of your bike, the size of the wheels or whether the bike is electric or mechanical. In each description, there is an explanation of which bike it covers. If in doubt, our in-store team can help you to select the right plan for you.
You can either visit your local store, with your membership app to show them you have a plan and the team will schedule you into our workshop and ensure that you get the benefits of the plan. Or, you can book your service on our website at your chosen store and inform the instore team on arrival that you have a Service Plan and they will ensure that you get the benefits that you’re entitled to.

No problem at all, simply explain that to a teammate in store and they will be happy to exchange the plan over for you. All you’ll need to do is pay the difference.

Unfortunately not, plans are linked to the individual bike so you would need to purchase one plan per bike.
Yes, no problem. At your final service, simply ask an in store team mate to renew and they will be happy to set you up with a new plan.
Service Plans can be used in any Decathlon or Van Rysel Store in the UK, but are currently excluded from our European stores.
We’re sorry to hear that, unfortunately plans do have a set period of time and benefits cannot be used after the expiry date.
It’s not a problem, as you’re a member, all of your purchases are saved onto your account. Simply give your details to the team mates in store and they will be able to find your purchase. Or download our App, where all of your purchases are easy to locate.
As service intervals will vary depending on the type of bike and volume of use we will not be able to notify you. However, your membership account will show you what benefits are there to unlock and to remind you of the features of the plan.
