Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Decathlon

1. The terms and conditions hereof constitute the whole and only agreement between you and Decathlon UK Limited ("we", "us", and "our") relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. The gift card is redeemable against one or more purchases of goods in any Decathlon store in the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal or Spain, or on decathlon.co.uk until the balance is zero. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly provided that the gift card is not applicable to any Decathlon website other than decathlon.co.uk.

3. The gift card is not refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. The gift card has no value unless redeemed.

4. The gift card may not be used for the purchase or exchange of other gift cards or vouchers.

5. The gift card may not be used to pay for any purchases via business accounts.

6. The risks of loss and title to the gift card pass to you upon the electronic transmission or any other method of delivery of the gift card to you or your designated recipient. You shall maintain secure possession of the gift card and keep the PIN code secret all the time. We are not responsible for the gift card which is lost, stolen or destroyed.

7. The gift card will be valid for twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of issuance or until its balance is zero, whichever is earlier. The gift card will lose any remaining balance upon its expiration date. It is your responsibility to fully redeem the gift card's balance within its validity period.

8. You can check the gift card's balance, order history and expiration date on https://www.decathlon.co.uk/services/giftcard/balance, which may be replaced or removed at any time in our sole discretion.

9. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to nullify or void the gift card including its balance without a refund, suspend or terminate any user account on decathlon.co.uk ("User Account"), suspend or terminate the ability to purchase on decathlon.co.uk, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that the gift card is obtained, used or applied to any User Account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions hereof.

10. We will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy (https://www.decathlon.co.uk/landing/personal-data-and-cookies/_/R-a-personaldata).

11. If any provision or part hereof is held to be invalid, amendments hereto may be made by the addition or deletion of wording as appropriate to remove the invalid provision or part but otherwise retain the provision and other provisions hereof to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

12. The terms and conditions hereof are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both we and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions hereof.
