Three years ago, TRIBORD announced its collaboration with Yannick Bestaven to co-create apparel for being at sea.
Whether for pleasure or sailing around the world, this is apparel adapted to navigation.
The number-one goal was to find the right materials to resist humidity for the longest possible time. Hot or cold, wet or dry— the team considered every type of weather when creating the Pro Series.
In 2021, Yannick Bestaven tested and approved the exclusive tri-layer, waterproof membrane designed by Decathlon. Going further, the designers optimised the jacket for water resistance.
Several prototypes were tested at the TRIBORD design centre in La Rochelle, and by Yannick himself.
