Ingredients & Equipment

Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients for 2 portions:
. 2 potatoes
. 30ml of olive oil
. 2 eggs
. Salt and pepper to taste
. Mixed herbs

Equipment:

Step 1

Grate the potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste. Make little paddies with the grated potatoes.

  • slice the lettuce
  • cut the halloumi in thick slices
fry the halloumi slices

Step 2

Heat 15ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the potato rosti for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

Frying the sandwich on the pan

Step 3

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

drizzle hot sauce

Step 5

Season the eggs with salt, pepper and the mixed herbs. Enjoy your delicious Potato Rosti straight from the pan!
