Ingredients for 1 serving:
. 65g of Rolled oats
. 240ml of Oat milk
. 75g of Mixed berries
. 2 tsp of Honey
. 1 tsp of Chia seeds
Equipment:
Oatmeal is one of those breakfast classics we love! It’s super easy to make on a camping stove and can always be spun around with different toppings.
This oatmeal recipe combines fresh berries and chia seeds to create a simple but warm and filling breakfast.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
. 65g of Rolled oats
. 240ml of Oat milk
. 75g of Mixed berries
. 2 tsp of Honey
. 1 tsp of Chia seeds
Equipment:
In a small saucepan, combine the oats and milk.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the oats are cooked and the mix has thickened, remove from the heat and stir 1 tsp of honey.
Transfer the oats to a bowl, top with the chia seeds, mixed berries and drizzle with honey. Serve hot, and enjoy!
