. 1 Burger bun
. 4 Slices of Halloumi cheese
. Lettuce
. Onion
. Avocado
. 1 tbsp of hummus
. 1 ½ Lime
. Hot sauce

With crispy halloumi and a drizzle of hot sauce, spice up your classic recipe with this vegetarian alternative.

Ingredients for 1 burger:
. 1 Burger bun
. 4 Slices of Halloumi cheese
. Lettuce
. Onion
. Avocado
. 1 tbsp of hummus
. 1 ½ Lime
. Hot sauce
Equipment:
Prep the ingredients by cutting the lettuce, onion, avocado and halloumi in thick slices.
On a frying pan, grill the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Set aside.
Toast the burger buns.
Spread the tablespoon of hummus on each burger bun. Top the hummus with the grilled halloumi, avocado, onion and lettuce.
Squeeze lime juice and drizzle hot sauce on top, place the second bun and take a bite!
