TECHNICAL INFORMATION

How it was designed...

Iconic model in the range, due to use of carbon.
We have chosen hybrid tubes with an aluminium core and carbon outer layer. It enables it to be very stiff.

How to adjust your poles to the correct length?

Hold the poles with your arms bent at a right angle.
To adjust the length: unscrew the middle part, mark the size of the pole you need and screw back tightly. Tighten more if you notice that the pole shortens as you use it. Do the same with the lower section.
Never go over the STOP line to avoid breaking the pole.

Directions for use

These hiking poles are designed to help you balance, propel yourself and spread the effort between the arms and legs.
To increase safety, before you start and at regular intervals, check your pole's locking mechanism by pressing down hard on it.
Do not attach to your rucksack in stormy weather.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Our field testers. In addition to these laboratory tests, Théo, our trial engineer, ensures that each model also passes our standardised field tests. It enables us to check points such as comfort, ease of adjustment, vibrations, etc.
Test Product To set our thresholds, we have measured the stresses on the poles in the most demanding situations. During the design stage, each model passes laboratory tests that reproduce these stresses; etc.) until rupture. We also tests parts separately (tightening power, tearing, etc). Finally, these tests are regularly repeated during production to guarantee constant quality.
