Good bike and outstanding costumer service

used for 2 to 8 weeks The bike it is quite good but I still trying it.
It is very lightweight and very good for entry level road racing / triathlons.
I cannot do an extensive review about the bike but I would like to talk about the Harlow costumer service.

I would like to highlight the assistance from Antonio in the shop. He was marvellous giving advice about the different products, being really helpful by knowing what he was selling. He helped me to handle all the cyclesheme process to purchase the bike and he saved me 2 hours driving by managing all the paperwork to ship the bike with the free shipment conditions offered by Decathlon.

I cannot be happier with the purchase and the costumer service. Antonio, thanks again.

used for 2 to 8 weeks Great road bike for all rounders, entry level and old blokes like me who like to feel they are in Le Tour. Had a previous b'twin bike which I rode to ruin, so like the make anyway

Great bike, great gears and greaat value.

used for More than 1 year The gears are excellent and like all bike should be left when not riding on the smallest cogs front and back. This will stop the cable stretching and muppets complaining they need adjusting every 300 miles.

great bike,but poorly assembled

Purchased this bike last September and really pleased, but it soon became evident after a couple of rides that the gears needed some attention.Took it to my local bike shop to have them adjusted. After about 500 miles I started noticing a clicking noise coming from the crank. Once again a trip to my local bike shop, and to his dismay, the bottom bracket was more or less completely from the internal cup. He informs me this is down to poor fitting at the factory. Hopefully this will be the last of the niggles, I guess that's the problem with buying on line.

Let down by gears

looks good, rides well.

My first road bike, have done 600 miles in the two months that I have had it. Can't really comment on the quality as I have never ridden another road bike, My one obvious problem though is the gears. On about 300 miles they started slipping, changing well after I had shifted or randomly changing. I had a professional realign them, but 300 miles later I am unable to select the biggest cog on the rear cassette, changes crash rather than glide and again back to delays between shifting and anything happening at the back. Have had to watch many videos but am now reasonably confident in sorting the problem. However, I would not expect to be servicing the gears every couple of hundred miles. Also, get some better tyres, 25mm fit nicely and will make your ride much better.
