Composition
PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester bedroom, polyethylene ground sheet, 9.5 and 11mm diameter fibreglass poles.
Test Product
QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved by a full tent shower of 200l of water per square metre per hour. The water column test (=mm schmerber) is not a sufficient indicator for measuring tent waterproofing. Waterproof fabric is necessary (our fabrics are waterproof from 1,000mm!), but the tent must be designed and developed to resist any water from entering through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Only a lab shower can test this.

4-man tent: Sleeping width = 60cm / person.
Care instructions:
1 CLEANING: clean the tent with soapy water if necessary, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Dry completely before storage. 2 SAP STAINS: very difficult to clean: once dry, gently scratch the stain. Rubbing an ice-cube on the underside will help it crack, making it easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
