Bought this bike from Decathlons internet site, arrived within 3 days in a well packaged box by courier. Straight out of the box just needed to fit supplied pedals and adjusted handelbar everything else was spot on , I have done over 1500km on it so far the gears are smooth and the avid brakes have great stopping power, altogether it,s a great well spec,d full suss mtb for the price
A fantastic package, especially for the price.
Light, responsive handling and great value.
X9 rear mech is non-clutch type.

Bought this bike with the head, not the heart; but I'm glad I did. I own a couple of £3K mtbs to compare with the RR9.2 and I'm impressed. When adjusted properly the back end is well controlled and I mostly leave the shock fully open. The fork feels smooth; handling is light, responsive and sharp in corners. It climbs very well and soaks up trail centre stuff with ease. Transmission is precise (but I still prefer shimano). Brakes are good, and now supplied wih separate Gear Shifter/Brake clamps.
very well spec'd for the money
value for money, good frame and components
Paul (United Kingdom)
Great bike with excellent components. A more fashionable brand would be much more expensive. The frame is good too - light and 'chuckable'. I have had this bike for 1 year and it has coped with everything so far - mainly trail centres and local natural trails. The bike has excellent smooth shocks and the brakes ensures confidence on those steep sections.
This is a great bike and has certainly stepped up my riding since changing from my old hard tail.
Great Bike but a few niggles
great for the money. Rear sus lockout
Richard (United Kingdom)
As a very frequent mountain biker, this bike has been let down by the Avid "Matchmaker" shifter clamps, which snap. Decathlon replaced the left part, but I had to give up on that as it lasted no time at all, so I had to pay £20 for a separate clamp, which are really hard to buy for some reason. Now I need the right side too as that's broken too . Great bike though overall for the cash. Oh and don't expect it to stay clean. White looks amazing but it scratches easily and sure shows up the dirt
Poor reliability, ridiculous after-sales service
Poor reliability, after-sales service

I had this bike for 3 months (1000 Km) before the axis of the rear suspension broke.
I took it to decathlon, and it's been sitting there for 2 weeks.
The workshop is trying to figure out whether they can order the faulty part or not (they haven't ordered it, they're just checking if they can!).
They don't call to give updates, and are unable to provide an ETA.
Definitely not recommended.
Frame New 6061 aluminium frame with N.E.U.F. anti-bobbing single pivot suspension, providing 120mm of travel at the rear wheel: the perfect combination of performance, comfort, shock absorption and downhill directional control. Frame compatible with 3x10 speed, with new direct mount front derailleur attachment system: makes for a mounting that is more lightweight and simple. New "Post Mount" attachment of the rear brake directly on the frame for a lighter mounting.
Fork Rock Shox Sektor RL fork, 130 mm of travel, providing incredible sensitivity to small bumps. Handlebar lockout, easy and safe to use.
Suspension X-Fusion RLX shocks, specifically adjusted for this frame, and equipped with a 3-position lever: the "full open" position is used for rough uphill and technical downhill (power and adaptability) rides; the other 2 positions make the bike firmer, useful on smoother routes such as roads and 4x4 trails.
Drive train SRAM "3x10 speeds" drive train: precise, lightweight and comfortable 30 speeds let you go anywhere, especially up the steepest, roughest hills. SRAM GXP bottom bracket, SRAM S1000 44x33x22 double crankset, SRAM X9 "Direct Mount" front derailleur for light weight and easy mounting, SRAM X9 rear derailleur, SRAM X7 gear shifter for quick and smooth gear changes, SRAM 1030 11x36-speed open cassette, SRAM 1031 chain.
Brakes New Avid DB3 hydraulic disc brakes, known for their braking power and reliability. 180 mm front disc to clear the steepest and longest downhill rides (greater power and heat dissipation). 160 mm front disc for optimised weight. "Post mount" front and rear callipers to save weight and facilitate mounting.
Handlebar 680 mm Rockrider oversize handlebar in aluminium: lightness, rigidity and stability guaranteed.
Stem Oversize Rockrider stem in 6061 aluminium, 90mm long (M) and 110mm (L and XL) that adjusts well to different body types.
Steering Built-in 1 1/8" Rockrider headset, with sealed bearings. Rockrider "lock-on" grips for added comfort and an improved handhold on the handlebar.
Saddle Ultra-light Rockrider saddle with non-slip coating.
Seatpost 350mm-long aluminium Rockrider seat post for maximum adjustment range, and 29.8mm in diameter.
Wheels Mavic CrossRide double-walled aluminium rims with sealed bearings: in addition to being lightweight and reliable, these rims will give you incredible propulsion when accelerating and in technical spots.
Tyres Hutchinson Toro 26x2.15 Hardskin (570 g) front and rear tyres with inner tube. Lightweight and resistant tyres. HARDSKIN reinforcement for better resistance to rips and cuts. More open knobby tread at the sides for grip that is second to none. Low-profile knobby tread for optimum performance and shedding mud more easily.
N.E.U.F 120mm anti-bobbing suspension: Suspension system with virtual pivot point that helps to avoid bobbing while pedalling.
