Folding / unfolding The Hoptown 5 folds down to reduce its bulk by 60% in just 15 seconds! It can be easily stored at home, at the office, in the boot of a car or in public transport. Folds to the side, intuitive green anodised folding levers.

Transport once folded, the bike rolls on its own wheel using the saddle to steer. This makes the bike easy to transport without carrying it, especially in public transport.

Frame and fork 6061 aluminium frame is lighter and stiffer than a steel frame for better efficiency during pedalling and an enjoyable ride.

Drive train The Hoptown is equipped with a Shimano Tourney 7-speed derailleur, which makes it a versatile bike that rides as well as a larger bike. The gear change uses a "Push-Pull" system which is easier than a grip shifter to work. Shifting gears is quick and precise. Chainwheel with 52 teeth, 7-speed freewheel: 28, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14 teeth. The pedals fold up with slight pressure to optimise the compact design of the bike.
