Questions
Ordering from other catchment area
We will be happy to deliver the pants to you. As the website won't let you order from our store if you enter your postcode, please use our postcode when ordering - SE16 2XU. When filling out address details, leave all the rest of your address details as normal, enter SE16 2XU as your postcode and please enter your real postcode next to your town name.
Delivery Service
if the order is being delivered by Royal Mail [items under 5kg], the item will be left at your local delivery office and a paper note will be left at your house about the attempted delivery. You will find the delivery office address on the note, too.
If the order is being delivered by Parcelforce, they will also leave a note that they tried to deliver your goods. They will either leave the parcel at a local post office or they will try to re-deliver it. They will leave all the necessary information on the paper note. If the re-delivery date is not suitable for you, you can contact them and rearrange it. For any delivery we can include a 'safe place' note on the postage label, for example your neighbour, who could accept the delivery for you if you know you won't be at home. If the item being delivered is a heavy machine [30kg+], the delivery company will call you and arrange a delivery date and time with you personally.
As well we can include a 'safe place' note on the postage label for example your neighbour who could accept the delivery for you. If we don't include the safe place option, Parcelforce will leave a note that they tried to deliver your goods and they include the date they will re-try [usually the next day]. Once you received this note, you can call them and arrange a suitable date for delivery.

International deliveries
Unfortunately we only deliver within the UK at the moment. However, you can reserve items online to be collected and then arrange for a courier to do so. You would, however have to arrange this yourself and cover the cost.
If you are going to do this please let us know as soon as you place the order so that we can have everything ready for the courier to collect.
Postcode not working
When you are entering your postcode, firstly make sure that the 2 spaces for it are cleared [sometimes the first half of the postcode appears there automatically - if it does, just delete it and re-enter it]. Make sure you enter the first half of your postcode into the first box, the second half into the second box [in capitals]. Please also make sure there are no additional spaces in front of/behind the characters.
Delivery to Channel Islands
Unfortunately we do not deliver any items over 5kg to the Channel islands. We apologise for the inconvenience
How do I return an item?
you can either send us the item back for a refund or an exchange with a filled in returns form which you should have received with your parcel or you can visit one of our stores and return the unwanted item there. If you opt for the in-store exchange, please make sure you have your receipt with you. For large items like bikes or heavy tents, we can arrange a collection by Parcelforce.

How do I get refund when I send the item back?
We are able to refund your money in one of two ways:
- send a cheque to you by mail
- transfer funds into your account

For the second option we would need you to call us on 02073942025, so we can arrange a refund for you.
This process would include you providing us with card details as we will need them to fulfil the transaction.
