1. How can I return my online order?

With Decathlon you have 365 days to change your mind!

If you have bought a product on and you are not 100% satisfied, you can change your mind and return the product to us or in one of our stores and we will process an exchange or refund.

Please note, however, that we do not exchange or refund perishable goods such as food or drinks.

2. What are the opening times of my store?

All our stores are open 7 days a week, however opening times may differ. To find out the opening hours of your local Decathlon store, please click on the following link.

3. How long do I have to wait for my order?

Each product description indicates the time it takes to process your order in our warehouse. The total delivery time includes the warehouse processing time and home delivery by our carriers.

Once you have all your items in your basket, you will see the estimated delivery date just below your selected Shipping Method. The delivery date is based on the delivery date of the product with the longest delivery time. If you cannot wait, we advise you only to order products with the same delivery time.

Once your product has been shipped,you will receive an automatic confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order on the carriers website.

Please note UK public holidays may affect your delivery time.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver within the UK. Please note that your delivery address and billing address must both be in the UK. (Although they need not be the same as each other.) In addition, we are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man. Our team is working hard to find a solution for you.

6. How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is "preparation in progress" or "dispatched" status we are not longer able to undertake any modifications/ cancellations because the order is being loaded or already in the hands of the carrier. Your parcel is deemed to be in the process of being shipped.

As a last resort, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and the delivery company will send back the parcel to the sender.You can as well exercise your right to return after reception.

7. I have not received my order confirmation. Has my order gone through?

You’ve followed all the steps to place your order and made your payment with no difficulty, and your order has been given an order number starting with DCUK? That's good news.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be confirmed, as uses card authorisation and fraud screening to ensure safe and secure shopping. Thank you for your understanding concerning this check which is only intended to give you additional protection.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Now you will be able to follow your order status in your personal account at 'My account'. If you have placed your order 24 hours ago and still have not received any confirmation email, please contact our Customer Loyalty Team for advice.

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for all orders placed. This encryption allows a high level of security for your transactions. Transmission of your card details and personal details is fully secure.

We remind you that when you pay with bank card, you will only be charged once your order is ready to be shipped.

9. Can I use my Decathlon loyalty card when purchasing goods online?

Yes, you can, as long as you have linked your card number to your online account. You can do this when you create your account or at a later stage by indicating My Decathlon Card Number in My account.

Please note that your online purchase will be automatically rewarded with the 48 hours after your order has been dispatched.

10. I have a problem with my Domyos Fitness machine. What can I do?

For Domyos fitness equipment (treadmill, rowing machines, exercice bikes, elliptical cross trainers, trampolines, multi-gyms) Domyos has a specific online service, proving answers to your technical questions and installation instructions:

All Domyos products are covered by a 2-year warranty. For any after-sales requests or issues regarding Domyos machines, such as ordering replacement parts or repairs, please contact the Workshop team in your local store.

Please note that the machine will need to be taken to our store, as our mechanics only provide their services in store. Transportation costs are not included, unless the problem is a manufacturing problem which needs to be checked by a workshop mechanic.
