Frame Hi-Ten steel. The easy side-fold system means the bike takes up little amount of space: at home, at the office, in the boot of a car or in a camper. Once folded, the bike's volume is reduced by 70%.

Drive train the single-speed drive train was developed to provide hybrid gearing. Starting off shouldn't be too difficult but it should also be easy to ride on flat ground.

Handlebar / stem / steering semi-raised handlebar to provide good steering position and better handling. Fixed stem provides greater rigidity compared to a height-adjustable stem. The stem hinge should be periodically checked.

Tyres we have chosen to use BMX-type tyres to ensure good traction and improve comfort due to greater air volume in the tyre. This also gives the B'Fold a very street-bike look.

Pedals fold in with simple pressure to limit bulk when folded. Once pedals are folded in and stem folded down, the bike can be compactly stored against wall (28 cm width).
