TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Guarantee All our tents are guaranteed for 2 years of normal use (your receipt or loyalty card constitutes proof of purchase). In the event of a problem, have your tent checked out in your local Decathlon store.
Waterproofing All Quechua tents are laboratory tested: the WHOLE TENT under 200 litres/hour/sqm (200 mm/hour) for 4 hours! as well as in a test mission. (2000 mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120 g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester inner tent under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.
Storage Many pockets in the living area and 2 pockets in each bedroom.
Poles, pegs Poles: 11 mm and 9.5 mm fibreglass. -- All fibreglass poles are subjected to a double quality control to ensure excellent resistance to breaking.
Tent pegs: Excellent twisting resistance (5 mm steel).
Ventilation Living area has lined flysheet for ventilation and to limit condensation.
Mosquito net door at the front and mosquito net window at the rear.
Pitching/folding 4 poles to be put into the sheaths and place in the metal pins under the flysheet while applying pressure.
Living area 3.9 m² living area equipped with a basin groundsheet, which can be flattened at the entrance.
Plastic window.
Pockets on the outside of the bedrooms.
Dimensions and weight; folded dimensions 2 bedrooms of 210 cm x 140 cm.
3.9 sqm living area and 195 cm maximum headroom.
Storage bag: 60 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm
Weight: 11 kg
Wind resistance We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel with a rotary table to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly assembled tent with all the stays in position around the tent should remain habitable under wind speeds measuring 50 km/h at ground level.
Sun protection The flysheet fabric filters out UV rays with an SPF of 30.
Please note: a large amount of UV can enter through a single open door.
A score for comparing products' environmental impact The product's environmental impacts are calculated across its entire life cycle using various indicators. An overall ABCDE score is attributed to help you more readily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing the same type of product (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.)
Decathlon is committed to visually displaying environmental information.

COMPOSITION / ADVICE
Composition PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester bedroom, polyethylene ground sheet, 9.5 and 11 mm diameter fibreglass poles.
Care instructions: 1 CLEANING: clean the tent with soapy water if necessary, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Dry completely before storage. 2 SAP STAINS: very difficult to clean: once dry, gently scratch the stain. Rubbing an ice cube on the underside will make it brittle, making it easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
Stock advice STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Test Product QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 litres of water/hour/sqm (200mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. Our test means we can prevent any water getting through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind.
