Great tent for the price

Just come home from a night's camping with my partner, 11 month old baby and dog. I've been camping for years so knew what i wanted from a tent whilst doing my research. Perfect size for a couple of nights camping. Really easy to put up. Pegs very sturdy. Carry bag has plenty of extra room to pack the tent back into as the zip is lengthwise. Ground sheet was a bit useless, so we folded it in half so we could walk on the other half. Would be useful if you could buy a porch extension. Bedroom area could possibly be a darker colour as got very light in the morning. I'd never heard of this make of tent before doing my research, as i'd always had Outwells, but I was pleased to see 4 other quechua tents on the campsite. Very pleased with purchase.

used for 2 to 8 weeks me and my wife decided to get away for the weekend and thought we would give camping another go after not doing it for like 10 years i looked around for a tent and for what i wanted most places were wanting 180 plus i did a search on google and decathlon came up in the results and then i found this tent to be honest i could not believe the price we only live a 2-3 minute drive from there store we bought this tent and eagerly awaited our first weekend camping for many years when we arrived at our site we got the tent up in like 35 minutes it was a bit tight but that was my fault as i did not loosen the straps off at the side it would have been so much easier if i had anyway it rained on and off for a good few hours and the rain stayed out its very spacious if there's 2 of you and a dog we had a queen size inflatable in the sleeping area with room to spare overall it was a fantastic tent the only thing i would have liked was a sown in ground sheet anyway after the first trip we have already upgraded to a Coleman cedar creek 5 and its fantastic all in all you wont be disappointed with this tent.

Arpenaz 4.1 Family Tent

Stitching on the sleeping part not wonderful

used for 2 to 8 weeks Some of the stitching on the inner tent wasn't perfect but not under any great stress so I don't see it as a real problem.

Not really a fault as such but being mostly white it lets the light through. This is OK during the day but not so welcome at 5AM. Easy enough to put up single handed and stood up to some quite strong winds without any problems.

Test Product QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 litres of water/hour/sqm (200 mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. Our test means we can prevent any water getting through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind. Tested in real conditions.
Restricted use : Sleeping space width max. 60 cm per person.
Stock advice Storage - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
Care instructions: 1 CLEANING: clean the tent with soapy water if necessary, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Dry completely before storage. 2 SAP STAINS: very difficult to clean: once dry, gently scratch the stain. Rubbing an ice cube on the underside will make it brittle, making it easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
Guarantee : All of our tents can be repaired in your local Decathlon workshop.
