Test Product
Cooler insulation testing method: the thermal properties of a cooler are tested according to the NF EN 12546-2 standard. The cooler, containing a volume of water at a temperature of 5°C, is subjected to a constant external temperature of 30°C. The time it takes for this water to rise from 5°C to 15°C is then measured in order to assess the cooler’s ability to keep food cool.
Care instructions:
Choose the capacity of your cooler according to the volume of the items you intend to put in it: empty spaces will reduce the insulating properties of the cooler. Cool the food and drink in a fridge prior to placing it in the cooler. Add frozen ice packs to keep the goods well-chilled (e.g. 200g ice packs for a 10-litre cooler).
