Access Its large door can be opened wide with a single movement. This door is fitted with a closable mosquito net - the overhanging flap allows it to be left open even when it's raining, keeping an outside view in all weather.

Pitching/folding Has a clever pitching system, with the ground sheet being put in place and attached to the tent before unfolding. The tent can easily be correctly positioned and pitched. It can be unfolded and set up in 2 minutes. Quick and easy folding thanks to the "EASY" system. (See the videos on quechua.com).

Waterproofing All Quechua tents are laboratory tested (the ENTIRE TENT under 200 litres/hour/sqm and for 4 hours!) and field tested before approval. (PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120 g/sqm polyethylene ground sheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester inner tent under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet. The flaps limit splashing on the ground sheet.

Ventilation There is 1 high back vent situated behind the bedroom, and the ceiling of the living space is fully ventilated. The flaps on the bottom of the flysheet can be attached to leave a space all round the tent. The entrance door incorporates an upper part that can be opened, leaving a mosquito net. The ventilation reduces natural condensation build-up.

5 5Easy to pitch, plenty of room for one person
condensation in bedroom
This is a fantastic tent for one person. It is very easy to pitch and also to pack away. The bed compartment has plenty of room for a good sized air bed but I found that I was getting condensation in there although a friend with the same tent has no problems.
The front section has lots of room for storage and has enough height to make getting dressed a lot easier.
I have only used over the winter so far and in some pretty bad weather and now look forward to using through the summer. - 2
