I've used this tent loads of times now since October last year. It's just me and my two messy dogs. Its been great pop up is as easy as it looks,3 colour coordinated clips to fold bk down. The little porch is bigger than it looks on the video, and it's so light and airy on warm days but cosy at nights to keep the chill out.Cant go wrong with the price either...

Easy up and down

It was quite fast and easy to put up and take down

The porch area could be a little longer

used for 2 to 8 weeks It was certainly spacious enough for 2 people - but I think it would be quite a squeeze for 3, because the porch area isn't really large enough for ruck sacks. It was useful for wellies and folded down chairs though.
The weather was mild with only light rain, so it hasn't been put through its paces as yet.
The ventilation was great, so we didn't experience much condensation in the morning. It was also highly convenient to be able to access all ventilation and to secure the tent again from the inside.

A breath of fresh air!

Brilliant ventilation, spacious, easy

used for 1 week or less I have just had my first night's sleep in the three man tent. It is very spacious for one! The absolutely fabulous best thing is the ventilation. It is the first time I have been in a tent which does not have that oppressive stuffy feeling which tends to give me a headache. I could feel the air circulating as a gentle breeze all night, even when I put the outside side flaps down.. Having the front door and back and side windows open also made the tent pleasant to lounge in as the temperature rose during the day.

The one thing that did surprise me was how much condensation built up on the open side flaps during the night, and the outer door of the porch. I know condensation is normal but I had thought that the circulating air would reduce it. This is worth being aware if if you are storing stuff in the porch- anything touching the outer door may get a bit damp.

used for 1 week or less Just bought this tent mainly for taking on holiday as a beach tent/shelter, although I do also plan to use it on weekend car camping trips with the kids. I can't comment on what the tents like to sleep in yet as we've only used it in the day mainly in dry weather. The quality and finish of the tent is superb especially for the price range. It really does just pop straight out of the bag and goes up in about 5 seconds. Another minute to peg out and thats it. I'd read the reviews on here saying about it being difficult to get back in the bag so I gave it a good trial run at home expecting to have difficulties but honestly I found it really easy and went back in the bag at the first attempt. As others have said do watch the videos online and you shouldn't have any issues. The ventilation is brilliant and I love the little porch for putting bags, shoes, etc in. We have a very expensive Outwell airbeam tent as our main family camping tent so know a bit about tent quality and although I've not fully tested this Quechua tent out yet the quality of the seams, materials and little features have really impressed me. This particular model is quite large when fully erected ( I think its the biggest available in the pop up range) and takes up a good area. Not a problem for us but worth bearing in mind when comparing against the other smaller pop ups in the range. Overall a brilliant product and can't recommend highly enough. I just can't believe how cheap they are!! Grab one before somebody at Quechua/Decthalon catches on.

Great product!

Easy to use, fair price

Access Front opening: effective and easy. Large D-shaped door, with single zip. No need to climb over your companion to get out.
Sun protection The fabric flysheet filters UV rays with a SPF of 30. Please note: a significant amount of UV rays can enter through a single open door: protect your skin.
Composition 2000 mm PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester bedroom, polyethylene groundsheet, solid fibreglass poles.
Test Product QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 l of water/hour/sqm (200mm/h) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. Our test means we can prevent any water getting through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind.
Stock advice STORAGE - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is PERFECTLY DRY to prevent odours and mould from forming.
Care instructions: 1 CLEANING - if needed, clean the tent with soapy water, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Then leave to dry completely. 2 TREE SAP STAINS - Can be very hard to remove Once the stain is fully dry, gently scratch it off while holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the sap brittle so it will come off more easily. 3 STORAGE - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
