Waterproofing All Quechua tents are laboratory tested (the ENTIRE TENT under 200 litres/hour/sqm and for 4 hours!) and field tested before approval. (PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester inner tent under the fly sheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the fly sheet.

Ventilation 1 upper ventilation flap at the back, 2 low side flaps, breathable bedroom fabric. You can leave the bedroom door open at the top thanks to the 2-way zip. Increased ventilation reduces natural condensation build-up.

Composition
PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester bedroom, polyethylene groundsheet, solid fibreglass poles.
Test Product
QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 L of water/hour/sqm. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. We design our tests using a laboratory shower to prevent any water entering through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc.
Restricted use :
Sleeps 3, maximum width sleeping space = 60 cm/person.
Care instructions:
1 CLEANING - remove the battery case before cleaning. Clean the tent with a sponge and soapy water and then rinse. Then dry completely. 2 RESIN STAIN - once the stain is dry, gently scratch it off whilst holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the sap more brittle and easier to remove. 3 STORAGE - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
