Waterproofing All Quechua tents are laboratory testing (an ENTIRE TENT is put through 200 litres/hr/sq m for 4 hours!) and field testing. (PU-coated polyester flysheet, 120 g/sq m Polyethylene groundsheet, fully thermo-bonded taped seams). There is a breathable polyester inner tent under the flysheet that prevents naturally-occurring droplets of condensation from touching the inside of the flysheet.

Ventilation 1 upper air vent at the back, 2 lower side vents, 1 ceiling vent in bell end area, breathable inner tent fabric. You can leave the inner tent door half-open at the top using the 2-way zip. Ventilation also serves to reduce natural condensation.

UV (protection from Ultraviolet rays) Our tent fabrics block over 98% of UVB and 80 to 95% of UVA rays. Please note: If you are looking for daytime protection, remember that a lot of UV rays reflect off the ground and in through open doors.

Warranty All our tents are guaranteed for 2 years under normal conditions of use (your invoice or receipt provides proof of purchase date and price). In the event of a problem, have your tent checked out in your nearest Decathlon or Koodza store.

Composition
PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester inner tent, polyethylene groundsheet, solid glass fibre poles.
Test Product
The waterproofing of QUECHUA tents is approved by a full tent shower of 200l of water/hr/sq m. The water column test (=mm Schmerber) only measures the level of waterproofing for fabrics. We designed our tents thanks to the use of lab showers to keep water out of seams, flaps, openings, zips etc.
Restricted use :
For 4 persons with maximum sleeping width = 60cm.
Care instructions:
1 CLEANING: if need be, clean the tent with soapy water then rinse (with a hose if possible). Then dry completely. 2 RESIN STAINS (very hard to remove): once the stain is dry, gently scratch it off whilst holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the resin brittle so it will come off more easily. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is completely dry to prevent odours and mould formation.
