Dimensions and weight Bedroom is 2.10m long and 1.85m wide. 4kg.
Bedroom Inner tent is comfortable for 3 adults, very comfortable for 2.
Storage Shoes can be stored inside, between the bedroom and the flysheet.
Access Efficient and easy-to-use front entrance: big D door with one zip. No need to climb over your companion to get out.
Pitching/Folding Instant pitching. Free-standing tent (place it wherever you like after pitching, and if there is no wind, there is no need for pegs = ready to use!). 9 pegs and 5 guy ropes included in case you need them. Folds down in 15 seconds thanks tot he easy system (Instructions for use on www.quechua.com). For more compact storage, you can also fold the tent using the standard 2 seconds method.
Waterproofing As with all Quechua tents, a lot of work is put in to ensuring they are watertight, through laboratory testing (an ENTIRE TENT is put through 200 litres/hr/sq m!) and field testing. (PU-coated polyester flysheet, 120 g/sq m polyethylene groundsheet, fully thermo-bonded taped seams). NB there is a breathable polyester inner tent under the flysheet that prevents naturally-occurring droplets of condensation from touching the inside of the flysheet.
Ventilation 1 upper ventilation flap at the back, 2 low side flaps, breathable bedroom fabric. You can leave the bedroom door half-open at the top thanks to the 2-way zip. Everything is designed to allow air to circulate between the bedroom and flysheet, for more breathability and to limit natural condensation.
Poles Solid fibreglass; highly break resistant.
Pegs 5mm galvanised steel for excellent twist-resistance.
Carry bag Flat disc, 105cm in diameter.
UV protection Our tent fabrics block over 98% of UVB and 80 to 95% of UVA rays. If you are looking for daytime protection, remember that a lot of UV rays reflect off the ground and in through open doors.
Warranty All our tents are guaranteed for 2 years under normal usage conditions (your invoice or receipt gives proof of purchase date and price). In the event of a problem, have your tent checked out in your local Decathlon store.

Self folding just by pulling on cord
Fabulous tent for 2 persons - three would in all probability be a bit of a squeeze.
I have owned pop up tents before and really struggled with putting them away. This tent takes all the effort out of returning the tent to the bag. All you do is pull on the cord and it gathers itself to the right size for the bag - never has a pop up been so easy!
PU-coated polyester flysheet, breathable polyester inner tent, polyethylene groundsheet, solid fibreglass poles.
The waterproofing of QUECHUA tents is approved by a full tent shower of 200l of water/hr/sq m. Although the water column test (=mm Schmerber) is quite well known and measures the level of waterproofing for fabrics, it is not a good indicator of how waterproof a tent is. Indeed, the fabrics are waterproof (above 1,000mm!) as they must be, but it is the tent itself that must be designed and developed to keep water out of seams, flaps, openings, zips etc. This is done using the shower test.
Restricted use :
For 3 persons, maximum sleeping width = 65 cm / person.
1 CLEANING: if need be, clean the tent with soapy water then rinse (with a hose if possible). Then dry completely. 2 RESIN STAINS (very hard to remove): once the stain is dry, gently scratch it off whilst holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the resin brittle so it will come off more easily. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is completely dry to prevent odours and mould formation.
